What Stride is
Stride is a personal brand building tool that helps you turn your career moments into LinkedIn posts. It is currently in demo/beta and operated by an individual developer.
What data we collect
- Google account info — your name, email address, and profile photo, collected when you sign in with Google.
- Onboarding answers — your selected role, career aspirations, goals, tone, and content pillars.
- Posts you create — drafts and published posts you create within Stride.
- Career moments — events you manually log in the app.
- Google Calendar events — read live from your calendar each time the dashboard loads. We do not store calendar event titles, times, or any calendar data in our database.
How we use your data
- To generate a personal brand profile and LinkedIn post drafts in your voice.
- To show you upcoming calendar events as post inspiration.
- To track your posting streak and brand pillar coverage.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Your profile and posts are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database. Data is stored in the US. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth and Google OAuth.
Google Calendar access
Stride requests read-only access to your Google Calendar (calendar.readonly scope). We fetch your upcoming events live each session to suggest post-worthy moments. No calendar data is saved to our servers.
